believe God (Chapter 3)

Wars and wonders

If we win our battles we have to recognize who is against us and prepare for the battle ahead. The apostle Paul says in Ephesians 6:12-23 "Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers dominate this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God. "

Among the pieces of armor listed in verse 16 says " Above all, taking the shield of faith , with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one."

Our toughest battles are invariably related to matters of faith: that we are sometimes tempted to think that the Word of God and His ways are not working in our case, that he has abandoned us, to us disappointed or has not helped us. If Satan can get us to stop the shield of faith, know that we can not remain standing for long. So we must respond with the Word of God to the attacks of doubt, distortion and deception, the dart of fire out and the enemy takes another hit.

The desire of the author of this book is not only you have enough faith to overcome your battles but you see amazing feats in your life, because in John 14:21 Jesus promised that He and His Father would be revealed to those who love and seek to walk in obedience. God accomplishes many things around us but we must be willing to look carefully in order to marvel at their work in our lives and answered prayers and intervention of the so evident.

If God said it, I believe. If God gives, I receive it. If God shows, I perceive. If Satan stole, I want it back.
